Release Notes

What's new across the inflow Portal, Manage, and Account apps.

Account

User Settings — your details, all in one place

The Account app has a new User Settings page (in the menu at the bottom left). Update your name, phone, and address once and it applies across every organisation that pays you — and you can now add extra email addresses yourself: we send a verification link, and once confirmed, payments to that address appear in your account too. It replaces the old per-organisation Profile page.

Website

A new website — and a blog

myinflow.com has been rebuilt from the ground up: faster pages, a clearer tour of what inflow does (mass payouts, payee onboarding, tax forms), and a new blog where we'll post product news and payout know-how.

Account

All your payments in one place

If you've been paid at more than one email address, your Account app now brings it all together: sign in once and see the payments, balances, and organisations from every email linked to your account.

Portal

Better people search

Searching your Customers list by email now matches any email address a person has used with you — not just the one on their original record — and matches anywhere in the address, not just the start.

Security

Sign-in activity monitoring

We now record the time, device, and approximate location of each sign-in to your account. This helps us spot suspicious activity — like a sign-in from an unexpected country — and keep your account and payments safe. A view of your own recent sign-in activity is on the way.

Portal · Manage

Tables that fit your screen

List pages across Portal and Manage no longer scroll sideways on laptop screens. Tables now adapt to the space available — long descriptions and names truncate neatly (hover to see the full text), the filter sidebar takes less room, and every column stays visible at typical screen sizes.

Portal

Deep-linkable settings tabs

Every tab in Portal settings now has its own URL, so you can bookmark a specific settings page or share a direct link with a teammate.

Account

Smoother PayPal connection

Connecting a PayPal account from the Account app now carries your active organisation through the whole flow, so you land back exactly where you started.

Choose the payment options you offer

Organisations can now enable or disable individual payment options from Portal settings, and the Account app only shows payees the options you've turned on. PayPal can be toggled per organisation; Venmo has been retired as a payment option.

Account

Your branding in the Account app

The Account home page now features your organisation's logo, and the organisation picker and switcher show your business name and logo — so payees always know whose account they're looking at.

Platform

Faster, more reliable delivery

We moved our web apps to a new edge hosting platform and modernised how we ship updates behind the scenes. You should see faster page loads and more frequent, lower-risk releases.

Manage · Account

Email sign-in everywhere

The Manage and Account apps now use the same passwordless email sign-in as Portal: enter your email, click the magic link, and you're in. Manage also gains a Users page for managing your team's members.

Portal

Small fixes

  • Fixed an error when sorting tax forms by last name.
  • Removed a confusing date filter from mass payout details.

Portal

New sign-in and team management

Portal sign-in is now passwordless: sign in with an email magic link. If you belong to more than one organisation, a new switcher lets you jump between them, each organisation has its own URLs, and you can invite and manage team members from within Portal.

Portal

Mass payout imports run in the background

Importing a mass payout spreadsheet no longer ties up your browser. Imports now process in the background and Portal shows you the progress, so large files just work.

Portal

Preview mass payout imports before committing

Uploading a mass payout spreadsheet now shows a full preview of what will change — before anything is imported. Catch formatting issues and surprises up front, then commit when it looks right.

Portal

Fraud monitoring suite

A new set of tools to help you spot suspicious activity:

  • A fraud dashboard with a watchlist of higher-risk accounts, plus search and filters to dig in.
  • Risk indicators and a fraud score column directly on the Customers list and customer pages.
  • A shared-details view that surfaces accounts sharing the same information with each other.

Manage

Manage app overhaul

A big usability pass on the Manage app:

  • Refreshed design matching Portal, with a cleaner header and sidebar navigation.
  • Payments consolidated into a single Payments section, with Prenotes alongside.
  • Powerful payment filters: routing/account number, account type, receiver, and amount.
  • Richer customer filters (tax-form status, ACH status, currency) and pagination on all the big tables.
  • Batch totals shown when creating a batch, and paid payments now link back to their batch.

Portal

Stats page

A new Stats page shows how your payouts break down by payment method, and the Customers list gains an "ACH waiting" filter and column so you can see who still needs to finish bank setup.

Manage

Remove items from prenote batches

Items can now be removed from a prenote batch, and the batch file is regenerated automatically.
